At the EBPOM (Evidence-Based Perioperative Medicine) Asia 2022 conference, Bot MD launched a new use case for it's A.I. powered WhatsApp platform to allow doctors to easily automate PROM data collection across clinical areas.
The Bot MD Care platform enables clinical teams to automate PROMs and PREMs data collection through secure forms and reminders sent to patients in their preferred chat platform like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Viber. Hospitals can design their own survey forms to collect symptoms and clinical values and even images and videos. The platform integrates with popular PROMs survey forms such as EQ5DL, Concerto Computer Adaptive Testing forms and FormSG.
Patients will receive automated reminders if they forget to fill out their forms and the A.I. Bot can also help triage patient submissions to alert clinical users if required. In addition, the Bot MD Care platform will automatically calculate and display PROM scores as clinical trend graphs.
Alexandra Hospital in Singapore recently piloted the platform in automating the monitoring of post discharge outcomes for Spinal cord injury patients as well as patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Ankylosing Spondylitis.
Bot MD is a Y-Combinator backed startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. The company’s proprietary A.I. chat engine is able to integrate with hospital information systems to provide instant answers to doctor and patient queries. Bot MD can also power popular messaging platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Viber and LINE to help doctors easily automate patient workflows. Since 2018, Bot MD has been used by over 18,000 clinicians from leading hospitals and clinics around the world including the National University Health System, the National University Cancer Institute, Singapore, Alexandra Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Changi General Hospital, Parkway Radiology, the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (the Philippines) and Siloam Hospitals (Indonesia).
